Terms and Conditions

Please take your time to read through the following Terms of Conditions of Phillip Island Swim School to ensure that every participant receives the maximum benefit from the programs and services we offer.

General conditions

All participants must abide by general terms and conditions of the Swim School Program. Management reserves the right to refuse entry, suspend or cancel a membership without refund, or request any person to leave the premises if that person does not behave in a responsible manner, uses abusive language, is under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol or does not adhere to the general conditions of entry. Every effort will be made to adhere to the timetable but Phillip Island Swim School reserves the right to change and alter classes as necessary.

Payment of Fees

Fees can be paid by credit card, bank transfer and cash to Phillip Island Swim School.  Please note:  EACH TERMS ENROLMENT FEES MUST BE PAID IN FULL PRIOR TO CLASSES STARTING.  If you don’t pay up front then unfortunately you don’t swim.  A $40 admin fee will be charged and added to your invoice if payment is not received by due date.

Multiple Child Discounts

If a family has more than 1 child participating in swim lessons at any one time a discount applies to the fees to the other children.

Missed Lessons and Cancellations

If you decide to cancel your swimming enrolment we require a 2 week cancellation notification.  Eg, if there is 4 weeks left of term you will be refunded for 2 weeks.

Make up classes are only possible for medical reasons when a medical certificate is provided. Students will have 2 months from the time they missed the class to make it up with another class.  Make up classes are not guaranteed but offered as a courtesy if space is available.

Refunds may be granted for medical reasons or exceptional circumstances when three or more consecutive classes are missed.

Refunds or credits will only be given in extreme circumstances i.e. prolonged illness or injury. Medical certificate required.
